This notice explains what this service-request form collects and how the information is used.
When you send a request, we collect your name, email, phone number, service choice, location, preferred time, description, and any photos you choose to include. Driver requests also include trip and vehicle details. Do not include identity documents, card details, medical information, or unrelated personal data.
The information is used to assess the service request, check coverage and availability, clarify the scope, and arrange follow-up. Submission does not reserve an appointment or authorise a payment. We record your acknowledgement and a reference for the request.
Requests and photos are stored in a dedicated Servicely360 Supabase project in Mumbai, India. Access is limited to authorised staff through the service and authorised project administrators. Photos are in a private bucket; their storage paths are not public download links.
Uploaded images are validated, resized if needed, and re-encoded without embedded metadata. We store keyed hashes for rate limiting instead of retaining raw IP addresses in the booking database. Hosting and database providers may also maintain their own operational logs.
Your reference receipt appears on screen. Automated email and SMS receipts are not enabled. The phone and email shown on the contact page remain preview details and should not be used for sensitive information. We will publish verified support and data-request channels before the operational launch.
Requests currently remain in the restricted project for review. An automated retention schedule and a verified channel for access, correction, or deletion requests have not yet been established. If you need those arrangements before sharing information, please wait for the operational launch. No request data is saved to your browser’s local storage.
